Licensed and Insured

Prep-Rite Coatings & Contracting is licensed and insured. We offer a written 3-year warranty on all stained surfaces and a 5 to 7-year written warranty on all painting projects. We use only top-quality products to include only the best paints, stains, varnishes as well as roofing products from top suppliers including Sherwin-Williams, Behr, PPG, and more.

The Bigger the Better

We can handle any commercial or residential job, and we excel at handling big projects. Each project is handled with professionalism and honesty. Still on the fence? We require progress payments on large projects, but we do not want the full payment until the homeowner or management company is 100% satisfied. We specialize in providing timely responses to all quotes.
